¿Las cartas están escritas por robots?

Así es. Las cartas son escritas por los robots especializados en caligrafía manual, que están integrados al software de Manuscritten 24/7/365.

¿Cuál es el precio de enviar cada carta?

Dependiendo del volumen de envíos y tus necesidades (diseños, formato, extras añadidos, etc) los precios oscilan entre 2€-3€ por cada carta.

¿Qué tipo de cartas se pueden enviar?

Nos ajustamos a tus necesidades. El envío estándar es un papel verjurado tamaño A4 color marfil, pero también trabajamos el formato postal A5 o A6. Todas las cartas son manuscritas independientemente del diseño

¿Cuánto tarda cada envío?

Por lo general, el tiempo medio desde que se solicita la carta hasta que la enviamos es de 24 a 48 horas. Trabajamos con Correos Express de forma directa, por lo que el envío son 2-3 días si es nacional o un poco más en caso de envíos internacionales.

¿Hay algún tipo de marca de agua? ¿Puedo añadir mi logo a la carta?

No, no hay ninguna marca de agua por nuestra parte. Las cartas puedes adaptarlas a tu marca y a tu tipografía con las diferentes funcionalidades de personalización que ofrece Manuscritten.

¿Cómo puedo comprobar la calidad de vuestras cartas?

Solicita una muestra y te enviaremos diferentes ejemplos de cartas y postales como las que podrían recibir tus clientes.

¿Se puede añadir mi firma?

Sí, en ese caso solamente tendrás que compartir tu firma en formato imagen y nosotros nos encargaremos de replicarla "a mano".
